Fruit Processing Training Programme conducted for the Enthusiastic women

               A Two days training programme on fruit processing was held here at SSM Campus on 28^th and 29^th Nov.  Besides vocational purpose, the training programme was aimed to educate women with the medicinal aspects of processing varieties of fruits.

               Shri Vikas Chaudhari from Saharampur (Uttar Pradesh) was the training Resource.  The trainee women had enjoyed a first hand experience in making Jam, Jel, Ladoos, Shampoo, Hair oil etc with the pulp of fruits.  ShriVikasChaudhari insisted on more use of fruits for their medicinal and cuisine properties.  SSM frequently arranges such training programmes for empowering women.
